Love Lives On Act of 2025
This bill allows surviving spouses of military veterans and active-duty service members to keep receiving monthly government survivor payments even if they remarry. It also restores monthly Survivor Benefit Plan annuities to spouses who previously lost them by remarrying before age 55. In addition, surviving military spouses can regain TRICARE healthcare coverage if a later marriage ends due to death, divorce, or annulment.
