Radical disclosure

The reviewer cohort, in the open.

Who audits our data, what each of them disclosed about their own politics, and how we keep the panel balanced. We publish it because transparency about bias — not a claim of having none — is what makes a scorecard trustworthy.

Target composition · self-disclosed lean

Left · 33%Center · 33%Right · 34%

We recruit toward an even split — left, center, and right — audited as the cohort grows. The bars show the target we balance against, not a live count; the founding panel is still being seated.

The roster

We publish every reviewer’s field, affiliation, and self-disclosed lean — anonymized to a reviewer ID — so you can see who checks the work and where they stand.

The cohort is forming

The founding roster goes live here as seats are filled. Until then, we won't publish a count we can't stand behind.

How we keep it balanced

Balance is a process, not a promise.

Opposite-pairs recruiting

We add reviewers in balancing pairs — when the panel tilts, the next seats go to the underrepresented side.

Self-rated, then published

Everyone rates their own lean before serving, and that rating is public on this page. No hidden politics.

Averaged across groups

Every score averages a left, a center, and a right review, so no single group can set the number.
