Small Business Advocacy Improvements Act of 2025
This bill allows the federal government’s small business watchdog to directly represent American small business owners before foreign governments and international regulatory bodies. Under the change, the Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy can actively participate in global trade and policy discussions to protect small companies from disadvantageous international rules.
