Providing that section 11 of House Resolution 1224 shall have no force or effect.

In plain language: This resolution eliminates a requirement to include the text of H.R. 1346, the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act of 2025, as passed by the House of Representatives, in H.R. 7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 (commonly known as the farm bill).
