Securing Semiconductor Supply Chains Act

In plain language: Securing Semiconductor Supply Chains Act This bill requires the SelectUSA program to solicit comments from state economic development organizations regarding federal efforts to increase foreign direct investment in semiconductor-related manufacturing and production.
