Roll-call votes are ingested daily. As members vote, the record updates, so a politician's votes reflect what actually happened on the floor rather than a stale snapshot.
The "Ask" assistant is grounded in that same material. When you ask it about a bill, it cites the specific sections it draws from, so you can open the source and check the answer yourself. It presents more than one side of a contested question, and it won't tell you how to vote.
How it stays trustworthy
All of it follows the same rules we hold everywhere. Fetched data carries its source. Derived analysis is labeled as provisional until a human reviewer has checked it. And the alignment you see is measured against your values, not ours.
